5. Order Tracking

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, shipping delays or failed deliveries may occur.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to update the address before shipment, we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and provide updates whenever possible.
If a package is confirmed as lost during transit, we will assist with a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping packaging

FloraNest is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers.
You may receive multiple tracking numbers, and packages may arrive on different dates.
There will be no additional shipping cost for separate shipments.

12. Order Changes & Cancellations
